REAL ESTATE MANAGER

As an experienced, professionally trained Property Manager you will be responsible for the evaluation and development of all the Group’s Properties.  You will also be responsible for a broad range of Investments and will be proficient in every stage of the Tendering process.

As such you will be required to design and implement cost effective administrative systems whilst establishing productive relationships with relevant authorities, architects and other key industry stakeholders.  

You must have a successful track record in Real Estate/ Property Management &/or Engineering as evidenced by a minimum of at least five (5) years experience in a similar position.
