Shift Manager

To achieve Shift Production targets and maximize productivity through the efficient use of resources while maintaining company and international Quality and HSE standards

Applicants should possess a combination of the following:

1. A BTech in Engineering or a suitable equivalent      
   
   
2. A minimum of five (5) years experience in a senior supervisory position
   
   
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
   
   
4. The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
   
   
5. Experience in glass manufacturing will be an asset
   
   
6. An equivalent combination of training and experience
