Key Responsibilities:
- Embark on structured, departmental rotations within assigned subsidiary.
- Take ownership of projects that directly impact business performance and customer value.
- Build cross-functional relationships and actively contribute to team outcomes.
- Present solutions and insights to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Programme Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain Management, HR, Marketing or Business Management
- First or Upper second-class honours.
- 0–1 year of work or internship experience.
- Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular, volunteer, or work roles
- High energy, curiosity, and resilience
