
The Group’s employer brand campaign expands and celebrates more than 30 years of growing with Guyana.
ANSA McAL has officially launched its We Are the ANSA employer brand campaign in Guyana, following its successful debut in Trinidad in January 2026.
The launch reflects the Group’s long-standing commitment to Growing With Guyana, where ANSA McAL has invested in businesses, communities and people for more than 30 years.
Held at the Police Officers’ Mess Annex in Georgetown, the event brought together over 400+ employees from across ANSA Motors Guyana, Mix FM, ANSA McAL Distribution Inc., Guyana Breweries Inc., ANSA Building Solutions Guyana and the ANSA McAL Real Estate sector for a day of connection, learning and celebration.

“We Are the ANSA is a core pillar of the Group’s reimagined Human Resources strategy, designed to attract future talent while showcasing our culture,” said Group CEO Anthony N. Sabga III. “As we expand the campaign across the region, we are reinforcing what unites us, our shared purpose, our commitment to excellence and the incredible people who bring our business to life every day.”

The We Are the ANSA campaign showcases authentic employee stories from across the Group, highlighting the people behind one of the Caribbean’s most diversified companies and the opportunities for growth, collaboration, innovation and career development available across its businesses.

The Guyana launch featured an immersive orientation experience that introduced employees to ANSA McAL’s history, purpose, vision and values while providing the opportunity to engage with both Group and Guyana leadership teams.
The day concluded with the inaugural Guyana Games, where employees built stronger connections through friendly team-building activities including tug-of-war, sack races, musical chairs and karaoke.
