ANSA McAL Limited has released its Sustainability & ESG Data Disclosure Report 2025 marking an important milestone in the Group’s sustainability reporting journey.
As sustainability disclosure requirements continue to evolve globally, ANSA McAL is helping advance ESG reporting in the Caribbean through enhanced transparency, robust ESG data and alignment with internationally recognised reporting standards.
The Sustainability & ESG Data Disclosure Report 2025 provides a comprehensive overview of the Group’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance across its most material sectors, including Construction, Manufacturing (Utilities and Packaging), Beverage, Banking and Insurance. The report highlights key sustainability initiatives, performance metrics and progress made throughout 2025, offering stakeholders greater insight into how sustainability is being embedded across ANSA McAL’s operations and decision-making processes.
Complementing the ESG Data Disclosure Report is ANSA McAL’s first IFRS S1 Sustainability Disclosure Standard Compliance Progress Report. While IFRS S1 reporting is not yet mandatory in the Caribbean, the framework provides a globally recognised approach to identifying, managing and disclosing sustainability-related risks and opportunities. The report outlines the Group’s progress toward alignment with the standard and its ongoing efforts to integrate sustainability considerations into strategy, governance, risk management and business performance.
“Strong ESG data enables better decisions,” said Anthony N. Sabga III, Group Chief Executive Officer of ANSA McAL Limited. “As we continue strengthening the connection between sustainability performance and financial performance across the organisation, transparency and accountability remain central to our approach.“
The publication of both reports reflects a broader transformation across ANSA McAL, where sustainability is increasingly shaping operations, governance and long-term value creation. From renewable energy investments and operational efficiencies to digital transformation initiatives and strengthened governance frameworks, sustainability is becoming an integral part of how the Group manages risk, identifies opportunities and creates value for stakeholders.
