JOB SUMMARY

Develop, implement and evaluate marketing strategies consistent with the policies and procedures of the ANSA McAL Group that enhance brand equity, drive customer engagement, and ensure market competitiveness.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives, including market share growth and brand equity enhancement. 
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels and markets to ensure brand visibility and alignment with strategic goals. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones, ensuring they meet market needs and align with the brand’s vision. 
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategies and identify opportunities for growth. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. 
  • Prepare and manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achievement of financial objectives. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales. 
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, advertising, PR, and digital agencies to ensure the effective execution of marketing campaigns. 
  • Track and analyse brand performance metrics, including sales data, market share, and customer feedback, and adjust strategies as needed. 
  • Create and oversee the production of sales and marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and promotional content. 
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring alignment with brand objectives. 
  • Perform any additional duties as required by the Sales and Marketing Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the department and meet organizational targets. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.  
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 
  • 5-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, and sales.  
  • Leadership experience is highly desirable. 
  • Experience in using computerized MS Office Suite. 
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive product trial and awareness, market penetration, brand loyalty, increased market share for increased revenue growth. 
  • Familiarity with sales processes and sales forecasting. 
  • Proficiency in CRM and digital marketing platforms.
