JOB SUMMARY

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for the strategic growth and development of designated Brands and sales representatives within Ansa Building Solutions. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Engagement: Use various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations) to secure sales. 
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet personal and team targets. 
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new prospects, and follow up on leads. 
  • Relationship Building: Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory. 
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and competitor behavior to inform sales strategies. 
  • Product Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients. 
  • Contract Negotiations: Negotiate terms of sales, price points, and other contract terms with customers. 
  • Reporting: Provide feedback to management using financial and statistical data. Conduct all sales and product training on the Brands on a regular basis. 
  •  Responsible for submitting all reports on the Brands to Sales Managers and executives. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2-5 years working in a similar environment 
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft D365, CRM Software, Microsoft Power BI, Digital Marketing
