Job Summary:

The Key Account Manager will join the ABEL Building Solutions – Technical Sales Management Team, focusing on building relationships with contractors, dealers, designers, and architects, fostering product line growth, and meeting quotas while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

  • Align efforts with the sector’s overall monthly targets to contribute to the organization’s overarching goals.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty, reduce churn, and sustain revenue growth.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with all prospects within two days, fostering strong relationships and maximizing conversion opportunities.
  • Utilize technology to optimize performance and enhance efficiency in sales processes.
  • Effectively manage the budget allocated and strive to meet or exceed monthly quotas and work collaboratively with the Sales Manager to align financial objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of demand plans and implement effective forecasting strategies.
  • Implement initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value and strengthen overall revenue streams.
  • Provide differentiated product offerings to all network clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conceptualize, present, and implement sales strategies that ensure a robust local/regional market presence.
  • Provide fact-based analytical information to support budgeting, sales initiatives, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Project Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies for the efficient management of customer accounts.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to expand the product portfolio and enhance market competitiveness.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for customer concerns and implement initiatives to enhance overall customer service quality.
  • Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the Sales Manager and keep in compliance with Ansa McAL Group Policies.

Education and Experience:

  • Business Management / Civil Engineering / Project Management education, or equivalent
  • Managing a customer base of high-profile customers
  • Ability to forecast sales volumes.
  • Knowledge/Ability to sell and manage customers.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft D365, CRM Software, Microsoft Power BI, Digital Marketing.
  • At least five (5) years experience in a sales or construction environment.
