Job Summary:  

  • We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to drive the strategic growth and development of designated brands and sales representatives within Ansa Construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to achieve targeted market share and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to engage prospects and clients, providing tailored recommendations based on their needs.
  • Develop, present, and implement marketing and sales strategies that align with the company’s annual goals, ensuring a strong market presence for our brands.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, including customers, to enhance satisfaction and effectively address concerns.
  • Provide analytical insights to support budgeting, sales initiatives, and brand growth, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Work with the Sales & Marketing team to execute tactical and strategic marketing activities, such as promotions, displays, trade shows, and PR campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate identity standards across all Product Centers, Franchises, and Dealer networks to maintain a consistent brand image.
  • Conduct market analyses, including competitor products and pricing, and regularly update product information to remain competitive.
  • Facilitate comprehensive sales and product training sessions to equip the team with the knowledge needed to effectively promote our products.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports related to brand performance to Sales Managers and company executives, keeping them informed about market trends.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing and local sales.
  • Experience in the construction sector is a plus.
  • Strong selling abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft AX.
