Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator is tasked with processing orders, generating reports, managing the division’s stock sheet, and performing various general duties in accordance with established procedures.
Job Description:
Reporting (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly):
- Update the AMCO Order Tracker daily for all pending deliveries.
- Provide daily updates on AMCO’s revenue compared to budget and previous periods to the Management Team.
- Inform the Sales & Marketing Team about inventory status three times a week.
- Update the Distribution Audit File weekly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly divisional analysis on Gross Profits and Revenue by Division/Brand/SKU/Customer.
- Create weekly New Product Penetration reports for Key Accounts.
- Compile monthly revenue trends and hit rates for Mobile Sales by route.
- Generate individual sales team performance reports as needed.
Order Management (Operational):
- Deliver a daily order tracker to the sales team.
- Highlight orders not delivered within two days and discuss solutions with relevant parties.
- Assist the sales team with order processing as needed.
- Support the sales team in following up on orders and coordinating with relevant stakeholders for timely delivery.
- Help manage households/free product distribution for customers, coordinating with the warehouse and delivery teams.
Management of AMCO’s Stock Sheet:
- Update AMCO’s SKU listing by category within two days of notification from the Brand Manager (BM) regarding new items or discontinued items.
- Ensure all SKU statuses are updated within two days of receiving changes from the BM (Active, Supplier Restricted, Promotional SKU).
- Update inventory positions on the stock sheet three times per week.
- Refresh SKU trends once a month.
- Prepare sales presentations as requested by the Sales Manager and Junior Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to develop and analyze reports to support informed decision-making for the Management Team.
- Evaluate departmental processes and recommend improvements.
- Work with the Sales Management Team to identify operational issues and devise strategies for resolution.
Education and Experience:
- Proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- At least two years of overall sales/commercial experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
