Job Summary

  • To develop and implement strategies and objectives aimed at increasing market share and profitability of the Division. To manage the processes and operations of the Department, consistent with realizing the overall strategic objectives of the Division and by extension the Automotive Sector.

Job Duties

  • Is accountable for instilling and supporting a culture of customer-centricity within the department by ensuring Net
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure when customer concerns arise
  • Take ownership to quickly and professionally resolved. Report to direct report any circumstances that compromise the integrity of the company.
  • To assist with the development of the division’s strategy/budgets annually and monitor to ensure overall achievement. To monitor industry and environmental conditions and recommend methods to gain and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • To ensure team maintains industry standards and training certification is achieved in accordance to company objectives
  • To work closely with the marketing team to help develop and execute strategies approved by General Manager.
  • Ensure profitability of the department by attaining financial objectives and maintain daily operating control records in accordance to compliance policy.
  • To generate and maintain reports for the department as well as to send correspondence to customers.
  • To provide accurate reports to management in timely manner as requested.
  • To monitor and manage the productivity and efficiency of sales employees.
  • To review and set annual Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for Sales employees and conduct quarterly Performance
  • Management review meetings. To complete and submit Annual Performance Reviews in a timely manner.
  • Initiates housekeeping, safety and security procedures that result in a safe and attractive work environment.
  • Maintain dealership equipment, establish maintenance schedules and advise management of equipment requirements to improve productivity, efficiency and quality of repairs.
  • To perform any duties which may or may not be related to the above as requested by Management.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an Undergraduate Degree in Business Management or Administration or a related field.

Previous Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in at least a Supervisory capacity/leading a team.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working in sales & marketing roles.
  • Previous experience working in the automotive industry will be considered an asset.
