Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee and drive the sales and marketing efforts for designated brands/portfolios, while delivering exceptional after-sales service to our clients.

Job Description:

  • Customer Satisfaction: Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effectively to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Brand Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our brands by studying their characteristics, capabilities, and features. Compare them with competitors’ models and inspect automobiles to stay informed.
  • Buyer Development: Build relationships with existing customers, suggest trade-ins, engage with prospects at community events, welcome walk-ins, respond to inquiries, and recommend sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Buyer Qualification: Assess buyers’ needs and interests, align them with suitable models, and establish a strong rapport.
  • Brand Demonstration: Present company brands by highlighting their features and benefits. Conduct test drives and explain warranties and services.
  • Sales Closure: Address objections, close sales, negotiate prices, finalize contracts, explain terms, offer warranties, services, and financing options, and handle payment and vehicle delivery.
  • Revenue Achievement: Ensure that vehicle sales revenue meets or exceeds the budget.
  • Market Positioning: Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the company’s market position by generating ideas to increase market share.
  • Knowledge Update: Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services as well as those of our competitors.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
  • Proficient in social media.
  • Strong networking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

The Assistant Accountant - GL has a primary day-to-day responsibility for managing the General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Leases and Taxation.  This includes maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring adherence to the Group’s policies and procedures, accounting standards and compliance with Tax laws and regulations. This role plays a critical part in the financial reporting process, supports various accounting functions and aids in strategic decision-making. The Assistant Accountant is also responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of policies, processes and providing support during audits.
