Job Summary

To provide technical customer support to customers utilizing AMCL’s Water Treatment Services. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all activities listed in the service plan for each customer and respond to unscheduled service requests. 
• Install, maintain and repair all equipment for water treatment programs. 
• Collect water samples, test water quality, and adjust chemical levels according to application needs 
• Maintaining accurate records and detailed service reports; submit all service reports in accordance with agreed service level agreements. 
• Management of customer stock based on consumption requirements. 
• Resolve mechanical/electrical problems to support uptime of client equipment. 
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements. 
• Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate health, safety, security and environmental policies/ procedures.  
• Performs all other relevant duties as required to ensure optimum operation of the business.

Qualifications & Experience

• An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience in a similar role.
• EEET/ MET/MEET 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
