In 2022, Carib Glassworks Limited and ANSA Polymer made a decision to join together to become the region’s only one-stop packaging solution provider. Their seven decades of experience and expertise in producing glass and plastic packaging products provided a unique opportunity to re-position the two companies.  Relaunched as ANSA Packaging Limited, the Vision is to become the region’s packaging partner of choice by providing new and innovative competitive packaging solutions through sustainable operational excellence.

Carib Glassworks Limited (CGL) continues to be the region’s largest recycler by working with and supporting regional bodies and entities in the collection and environmentally friendly recycling of their used glass. Approximately 50-60 % of the plant’s raw material input comes from used glass which is recycled into the manufacturing of new glass containers. The company also maintains internationally recognised quality standards through its ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 certifications.

ANSA Polymer (AP) is a leading supplier of quality plastic packaging solutions and operates in two distinct packaging categories; Film and Moulding, producing beer crates, construction buckets, HDPE and PET containers and Plain, Printed and Laminated Film.  Approximately 30% of the raw material inputs come from recycled material, making AP one of the largest local, plastics recyclers.
