We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jason W. Fournillier as the new Managing Director – ANSA Coatings Limited, effective 3rd August 2026. In this role, Jason succeeds Nicholas Mac Lean, whose transition to a new Leadership role will be shared at a later date. Jason will provide strategic leadership for the ANSA Coatings business across the region.
He joins us with more than 20 years of leadership experience across the Caribbean and Latin America. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held senior leadership positions spanning business consulting, commercial operations, stakeholder engagement, regulatory affairs, and strategic leadership. Jason brings a strong track record of driving business growth, building high-performing teams, and fostering valuable partnerships.
As Managing Director – Coatings, Jason will have oversight of the General Managers of Berger Paints Jamaica Limited (BPJL), ANSA Coatings Limited (ACL), and ANSA Coatings Grenada Limited (ACGL). He will also work closely with the Sector Export, Commercial, and Technical teams to advance the sector’s regional growth agenda and strengthen its position for continued success.
