These series of appointments underscore the strength and versatility of our Executive talent, as we continue to evolve, elevate and align with company vision and global aspirations.
Erik Uddenberg – President & CEO, CARIB Brewery USA
We are delighted to announce Erik Uddenberg as the new President and CEO – Carib Brewery USA effective September 1, 2026. He will report directly to the Sector Head – Beverage.
This appointment reflects the breadth of Erik’s experience, his deep understanding of our business and brands, and his proven ability to lead transformation and translate strategy into commercial opportunity. In his new role, Erik will bring this experience, together with his focus on innovation, execution and market development, to advance the performance and growth of our USA operations.
Erik has extensive experience within the organisation, having joined CARIB Brewery in 2017 as Chief Marketing Officer. Most recently, as General Manager – Innovation, he has had direct responsibility for the development of the Beverage Sector’s innovation pipeline, strengthening innovation governance and accelerating the translation of insights into scalable commercial opportunities. In this role, Erik helped establish a stronger foundation for the Sector’s future portfolio and growth ambitions.
Cordell Wilson – Chief Marketing Officer, CARIB Brewery, Trinidad and Tobago
We are pleased to announce Cordell Wilson as the new Sector Chief Marketing Officer effective January 1, 2027. He will report directly to Sector Head – Beverage.
In this role, Cordell will provide strategic leadership for the Beverage Sector’s marketing agenda, with responsibility for strengthening our brands, sharpening our consumer and customer focus, and driving greater commercial impact through innovation, brand building and market development.
Cordell brings approximately 20 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a career spanning marketing, trade marketing, sales and distribution, export and general management. His commercial experience provides him with a deep understanding of the business from both a brand and market perspective.
During his tenure as Head of Sales at CARIB Brewery Limited, Cordell developed a strong track record of connecting brand strategy with commercial execution, building customer relationships and identifying opportunities for growth across channels.
Cordell’s appointment as Sector Chief Marketing Officer marks the next chapter in his career with the organisation.
Antron Forte – Head of Sales, CARIB Brewery Trinidad and Tobago
We are pleased to announce Antron Forte as the new Head of Sales, CARIB Brewery Trinidad & Tobago effective January 1, 2027. He will report directly to the Managing Director, Carib Brewery (Trinidad & Tobago) Ltd.
Antron has been an important contributor to the continued development of CARIB Brewery’s brands and commercial agenda.
As the new Head of Sales, Antron will focus on strengthening execution in market, developing customer partnerships and unlocking new opportunities for the portfolio. He will also play a key role in ensuring that our strategy is translated effectively through our route-to-market and into sustainable sales growth.
With more than 20 years of experience across FMCG and financial services, Antron has built his career around understanding markets, challenging conventional thinking and turning strategy into impact. His experience spans brand and commercial development, giving him a broad perspective on what it takes to create demand, build value and deliver results.
