This series of appointments underscores the strength and versatility of our Executive talent, as we continue to evolve, elevate and align with the company vision and global aspirations.

New Appointment: Mr Ian Mitchell | Sector Head – Construction
Ian Mitchell will rejoin the ANSA McAL Group as Sector Head – Construction on 20th April 2026. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving growth, enhancing operational performance, and progressing the strategic direction of the Construction Sector.
Mr. Mitchell is an experienced executive with a proven record of leading transformation, driving growth, and delivering operational excellence across local manufacturing businesses. Since taking charge of National Flour Mills Limited in 2021 as the Chief Executive Officer, he has spearheaded a comprehensive turnaround and modernisation of the company, strengthening profitability, expanding product offerings, and improving operational efficiency. Under his leadership, the business delivered consistent financial growth, enhanced its market position, and built a solid platform for long-term expansion.
Before this role, Ian held senior leadership positions within the ANSA McAL Group and the broader manufacturing sector, including Managing Director at ANSA Polymer, General Manager at Bermudez Biscuit Company, and leadership roles at WITCO. In these roles, he has led business transformations, expanded export markets, and undertaken major capital projects.
Ian completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School and holds an International MBA with Distinction from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management (ACCA), and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Industrial Engineering from The University of the West Indies.
He brings a disciplined, results-focused leadership style, combining a clear, future-oriented vision with a strong people-centric philosophy that emphasises capability building, engagement, and accountability.

Mr. Christian LLanos, Sector Chief Financial Officer | Automotive Sector
As the dynamic landscape of the automotive industry continues to undergo significant transformation, Christian Llanos will move into the strategic role of Sector, Chief Financial Officer in the Automotive Sector effective 27th April 2026, after serving as Sector Head – Construction for over two years. He will report directly to the Sector Head – Automotive.
Christian is a seasoned professional with a career trajectory spanning approximately three decades. He took charge of the Construction Sector in 2023 and led the transformation of the business, focusing on its core strengths and improving profitability. His primary function goes beyond traditional financial planning and analysis with a key focus on integrating corporate strategies across functional teams to tie investment decisions and integrity to targeted outcomes.
Armed with comprehensive financial insights, solid supply chain experience and a strong strategic mindset, he is uniquely positioned to intertwine financial strategy with customer experience, driving innovation and fostering brand loyalty.
With his people-centred leadership style, combined with his unwavering commitment to business profitability, Christian will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across the Sector to drive improvements in customer demand forecasting, social risks, environmental and compliance requirements.
As a steward of financial data, he will also have a broad range of oversight responsibilities in the areas of customs, finance, continuous improvement, IT and HSE.

Mr. Nicholas Camacho, Sector, Chief Financial Officer | Beverage Sector
Effective 1st June 2026, Mr Nicholas Camacho will assume the role of Sector, Chief Financial Officer – Beverage Sector after serving as Chief Financial Officer in the Construction Sector for over two years. He will report directly to the Sector Head – Beverage.
Nicholas is committed to advancing the Beverage Sector’s financial excellence with an already existing, well-seasoned team of finance professionals in this fast-paced, consumer-driven environment. He will be entrusted with the responsibilities of finance, IT, procurement, risk management and business partnering, making them integral to the Sector’s success.
Nicholas is an accomplished professional holding an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tampa, a BA in Accounting from Saint Leo University and has obtained a Florida CPA license.
With close to fifteen years of experience in accounting, auditing, and tax across diverse sectors, Nicholas has successfully served multinational, regional and local clients and formerly held the role as Chief Financial Officer at a privately owned group in the retail and shipping sectors.
In 2021, he was presented with the ANSA McAL CFO Award for the most improved audited entry in orchestrating the most significant audit quality improvement in the Group.
With his agility and cultural alignment, Nicholas is expected to unlock growth capital, optimise operational profitability and build a resilient financial infrastructure for rapid scaling whilst supporting innovation and market responsiveness.
These sectoral changes are key for the ANSA McAL Group in preparation for our next phase of growth, expansion, future leadership, and long-term success.
