JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Associate is responsible for the strategic growth and development of designated Brands and sales representatives within Ansa Construction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work closely with Sales Managers to achieve the targeted market share, actively contributing to the company’s growth
   and success.
2. Employ a consultative sales approach to engage with prospects and clients, making recommendations that align with
   their needs and preferences.
3. Conceptualize, present, and execute marketing and sales strategies that align with the company’s annual objectives,
   ensuring a strong brand presence in the market.
4. Maintain continuous interaction with all stakeholders, including customers, to uphold a high level of customer
   satisfaction and address any concerns effectively.
5. Provide fact-based analytical information to support budgeting, sales initiatives, and strategic growth efforts of the
   Brand, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
6. Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure the successful execution of tactical and strategic marketing
   activities, such as promotions, displays, trade shows, and PR initiatives.
7. Ensure strict adherence to the Brand’s corporate identity standards across all Product Centers, Franchises, and Dealer
   networks, maintaining a consistent brand image.
8. Conduct thorough market analysis, including competitor products and pricing, and regularly update product line
   information to stay competitive in the market.
9. Conduct comprehensive sales and product training sessions on the Brands, keeping the team informed and prepared to
   promote the products effectively.
10. Maintain responsibility for the timely submission of all reports related to the Brands to Sales Managers and company
    executives, keeping them informed about performance and market trends

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration on a related field.
• At least five (5) years’ experience in Marketing and Local Sales.
• Exposure to the Construction Sector would be an asset.
